7 pm thursday 4-18-24, 1 car ahead of me, not too busy. 5 minutes later my turn to order. No origional chicken for at least 20 minutes. I love the chicken but this is not the first time at this particular store for problems like this. Problems more often than not. Birmingham, mi. store, never had a problem. Fire management here.
Waited 20 minutes for two chicken littles and a wedge fry. Not even a half hour later it's already coming out.
Slow employees that don't even want to acknowledge you even if you have a good attitude.
If you value your time or your gut I would not go.
I'm not a bad review kind of guy but this one deserves it.
