7 pm thursday 4-18-24, 1 car ahead of me, not too busy. 5 minutes later my turn to order. No origional chicken for at least 20 minutes. I love the chicken but this is not the first time at this particular store for problems like this. Problems more often than not. Birmingham, mi. store, never had a problem. Fire management here.
Arrived at 9:10pm store closes at 10pm, was told they were not making anymore food for the night and they only have 4 chicken wings left.
Dirty, no AC, very rude and lazy employees, mediocre food. Just go to the KFC on Highland instead.
