Haven't been to this franchise in years but when I went I had a chicken sandwich and it was okay other than a little bit dry the other items that we ordered were Burns and messed up so I guess I got the best out of all but the quality was way way better when I was a kid or maybe I was a kid and didn't care about the

My husband went to the bucket deal. He told the cashier that we wanted mashed, gravy, coleslaw and Mac and cheese. The cashier read back the order and it was right. My husband didn't look at the receipt. When he got home I looked in the bag and the cashier charged us for two mashed potatoes then on top of that they put our biscuits on top of our chicken. I called to complain and they finally answered. The manager was very rude to me. I explained what happened and she said...
