I dont understand why it takes 20 min in drive thru. Its frustrating when you only have a 30 min break for lunch. They really should hire more help or learn how to make sandwiches a little faster! These wait times are unacceptable.
Cashier stopped working on my order of a dozen bagels to take a 3-person order that came up after me, making me wait for my order but they didn't have to wait at all. There wasn't even a line. Not very professional.
