I visited later in the evening, and was so pleasantly surprised by the friendly service. Food was hot and delicious, for sure, but I was really impressed by the service. It's so nice to hear an upbeat voice in a drive thru these days, and I really appreciate that! I don't see a name on the receipt, or I would have called the nice lady out by name. 🥰
I tried to take the survey on the receipt, but was unable to find whatever series of numbers it asked for.

Terrible service. I over heard a young lady screaming at the top of her lungs over the mic and then they messed up my order. Staff members always have an attitude here. Im going to start going to a different location

Slow but good food. Hit the craving. Just wished they didn't forget my fried pickles. When I called they hung up the phone before I could say hello 3x in a row.

How hard is it to put lemon pepper on shrimp, and actually put the biscuits in the bag? You guys forget this stuff every time I order from you and I get it delivered because I can’t leave the house. Do better. Read the receipts. The one star is because 90% of the time you guys do put the sauces in the bag.

New Review: I gave you guys another chance. Ordered 2, 8 piece lemon pepper shrimp with cocktail sauce for both, 2 biscuits for delivery. What did I receive? 16 plain shrimp, NO cocktail sauce, and NO biscuits. Was this on purpose in response to my one star review?? 🤣 Either way, I keep disputing any and all wrong orders with you guys. Thanks for the constant disappointment!

Hi I came a couple weeks ago and had a unpleasant experience but I decided to give Popeyes another try and come inside instead of drive thru and let me just say the two ladies that was upfront did a phenomenal job the customer service was great from both of them last night I came around 8 so it was kinda a line but the girl taking my order and the girl in the back packing my order made sure I had everything I needed within a timely manner I wish I had got the two girl names last night but they were awesome and made my whole perspective on Popeyes better than the first time I came I will be back again shoutout to you two girls at the front counter last night

Service has been very terrible for the last couple of weeks and I will not be returning. I don’t know what’s going on. Maybe they’re under new management or something but this is not what I’m used to.
