Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is basically on service. Ordered thru the mobile app and have found it’s a better way to order food. The counter people had our food ready and it was nice having to wait. I suggest the app to order vs. walking in or drive up ordering.

Atmosphere and exterior parking lot is simply bad.
Clearly the franchise owners are not investing or maintaining cleanliness inside or outside. They could do better I’m sure. Local managers appear to be slacking.

Food was okay 👀 I guess. I should be raving about it but the fact that I’m not is a message in itself. We always hope it’s fresh and hot but not so sure. Very inconsistent on the quality of the food. Hit or miss!

It’s the only location in northern Oakland county, and the alternatives for us are Chicken Shack 😕

Just being honest from my last experience. You have to decide on taking a chance.

Parking: This location heavy with the delivery service drivers. They tend to crowd up the counter area making it confusing where to go when you first walk in.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. The girl that took our order in the drive thru was rude. She had absolutely no customer service skills. Seemed like she had an attitude and like she zeroed interest in taking our order. Felt rushed and like I was bothering her. She was working last night around 7pm (02/14/25).. thick lashes, lace front and NASTY attitude… aside from her the gentleman that handed me the order was nice. The chicken was soggy

Would not recommend, the franchise owner for this restaurant doesn't care and doesn't know how to help a customer, I bought lunch there awhile back and the chicken was so hard and old I couldn't eat it, I ended up calling the corporate office and they put points on my app to replace the meal I have tried to use it twice now and it ask for my credit card and the last time it charged my card and didn't take points I tried to tell the owner there today and he couldn't care less just kept telling me I had to put my card in.

Claimed my door dash order was stolen and cancelled it a second time after I tried reordering because that’s not their problem never going to Popeyes again

Went in today and I was missing multiple sauces and a 6 piece wings, tried calling the restaurant and no answer. The employees messed up the two orders in front of me when I went in. Be better!

We visited store #10544 and had a Very good experience. Friendly staff, fresh chicken and the manager was very accommodating with our big order.

I have always loved Popeyes. Just something about their crispy breaded chicken, heavenly seasoned fries, and unique menu options really did it for me. Today when I went in, I was assisted with a smiling face and helpful attitude. I turned around to fill up my drink and by the time I was putting my lid on, an associate was already handing me my food. The service is exceptional and the food is even better. This location is a great place to stop at before or after shopping, when youre hungry and want good food fast, or when youre wanting to be treated like a human by fast food workers. Thank you!

The chicken is perfect here, moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. My order is always correct too. Highly recommend the mashed potatoes and gravy, they are not bland like KFC’s mashed potatoes and gravy.

Place has gone downhill, years ago it was amazing. Now, it’s awful. Lines are always superrrfr long for mediocre food. Cold, stale chicken. Gross. This place is rundown now.
