Red Wood Grill is an underrated gem in the Waterford area. Solid service with good quality food. A bar and dining area with great atmosphere and decor. The brisket egg rolls are super creative and phenomenal. What was most impressive was the relatively low price especially for barbecue. Also, an added bonus that we found attractive was the amazing smell throughout the whole restaurant as the smoker was right out front and in plain smelling and viewing distance!
We had lunch there today. The man in charge (owner?) was so friendly, warm, welcoming it was like going home for a meal. Food was delicious (pulled pork sandwich, ribs, fries, cajun coleslaw, cilantro coleslaw). Service terrific. Red Wood Grill will be on our regular rotation of restaurants.

Quick friendly service. Food came out quickly. I wish there was more flavor to the county fried bacon. But over all a great place to get a bite to eat.
