Food is good. Plan on waiting a while for your food even if you go in and order. They’re never on time and they place a preference on Uber eats and DoorDash orders. Not sure why they even have a lobby might as well just tell your customers to order from food delivery. I’d order from here more if it wasn’t for how unreliable they are.

The staff was nice, food came out fairly quick, atmosphere is very chill two TV's for entertainment, clean area with table and chairs. Payed $30 for 2 shakes, a small slider, a small side of fries and a medium drink. Fries were okay, but everything kinda lacked flavor, everything was very bland including the shakes the only thing I really liked was the sweet tea :/

We actually order from here almost weekly. Today we went to get buy one get one free after the Lions won. We had the worst customer service and the girl didn’t know what she was doing and refused to give us buy one combo get one free because she didn’t know how to do it, she was ridiculous We won’t be back

I've gone to this location three times now. I've been to other locations and the experience has been poor. This Dixie location, is the best one out there! The staff is nice. The store is clean. The food is made with love whether it be eat in or take out. Sometimes the chicken sandwich tender can be too small, more chicken nugget than tender. The cheese curds are also not enough portion or size for the price. The fries have enough seasoning, the ranch is delicious, the burger is put together well. We love eating here!
Kid-friendliness: Chicken tenders are delicious! Fries big and fluffy too for baby mouths.

So this is my first time in the Waterford location and my first impression is it’s very clean and welcoming Christina was my cashier and she was so pleasant and cheerful I would 1000% recommend this location and I’ll for sure be back here !! Don’t forget to leave tips !!
