I got the beef pho and dumplings tonight. The pho broth is fantastic and flavorful. I think maybe it has some five-spice in it? There's definitely a hint of fennel. It's very very well balanced. They gave me the sauces separately, and the spicy sauce is indeed very spicy, and very delicious. The dumplings were also amazing, I got both the fried and the steamed dumplings. I personally preferred the steamed dumplings because they were so good in the pho, but both were great. I'll be back to try more! Thank you to the young lady at the counter for the recommendation. I was very happy with it overall and would recommend it to anyone. Also stopped in their market for a snack and some aloe drink.

Great Food! Ordered online through door dash for pickup. The sesame grilled pork plate was delicious. The sweet fish sauce vinegar that comes with it was very tasty and I ordered some chili oil on the side which gave it a great kick. It came with fresh herbs, pickled veggies, and lettuce to make little lettuce wraps. I also got a few things from the market while I was there. Great experience and will be returning again soon!

I haven’t dined in, just carry out, so I can’t comment on service or atmosphere - but the food is…dare I say…pho-nomenal!! I’ve had various pho bowls, bahn mi’s and rolls and am never disappointed. Only left with a craving to have them again the next day! I’ve found that if you see a restaurant in a small market, the food is going to be unbelievably tasty. The Pho Pot is no exception. So glad they’re here!

Took my family to The Pho Pot in Waterford for a late lunch, and we were thoroughly impressed. The cozy atmosphere of this little shop is welcoming, and the host made us feel right at home. The pho was absolutely delicious – some of the best we've had! We’ll definitely be coming back for more.
I highly recommend trying this tip from our amazing host: mix equal parts of the house sauce and Sriracha on a plate, blend them together, and use it as a dip for your meat. It’s an incredible flavor combination and took the meal to the next level!

Costly “Cashew” Much
It was a good experience! They have two little stores you can go through before going into the restaurant itself. It included little foods you can buy and little toys if you want them too. My boyfriend and I got the chicken pho and vegetarian pho. The portions are amazing! A big bowl of pho! We always ordered the spring rolls with tofu in them and those were okay. My boyfriend really enjoyed them, but they were not my preference. For drinks, we ordered a Vietnamese coffee and a taro boba smoothie with blueberry popping boba. The coffee was super strong and my boyfriend really liked it. My boba smoothie was sweet, but not too sweet. It almost tastes like a sugar cookie. The service was amazing, they would come back to check on us a lot. Since it is pretty close to us, this might become a great spot for a date night!

5 stars every time! If you're not eating here regularly, you are missing out. If you are afraid to try it, don't be! Everything is always excellent, and the service is always great.
