Took my family to The Pho Pot in Waterford for a late lunch, and we were thoroughly impressed. The cozy atmosphere of this little shop is welcoming, and the host made us feel right at home. The pho was absolutely delicious – some of the best we've had! We’ll definitely be coming back for more.

I highly recommend trying this tip from our amazing host: mix equal parts of the house sauce and Sriracha on a plate, blend them together, and use it as a dip...

It was a good experience! They have two little stores you can go through before going into the restaurant itself. It included little foods you can buy and little toys if you want them too.
My boyfriend and I got the chicken pho and vegetarian pho. The portions are amazing! A big bowl of pho! We always ordered the spring rolls with tofu in them and those were okay. My boyfriend really enjoyed them, but they were not my preference.
For drinks, we ordered a Vietnamese...

5 stars every time! If you're not eating here regularly, you are missing out. If you are afraid to try it, don't be! Everything is always excellent, and the service is always great.
