Revan store manager was very helpful when I noticed my online order was sent to the wrong location. He assisted with getting my order sent in for cancelation and refund, asked what my order was and gave it to me for free. I will be returning to this location!
Come through here frequently the food was good to atmosphere was great but the person at the drive-thru, you can tell that her energy was off. I get it everyone has a bad day now and then we all do. But, when you're dealing with customers it doesn't have to come off as rude or sharp. We go here cuz my wife likes the donuts and ice caps. A little smile or some kindness goes a long way. :)
My double double large coffee is always consistently made perfectly. I love katie at the window... she's my favorite person to see in the morning! Only notes.. I wish the vanilla Dip Donuts had normal sprinkles instead of Dot sprinkles. Sometimes when I get a cream cheese bagel, there is barely enough to even cover one side of the bagel. Otherwise, this is a great Tims!
