Smoothies and food are garbage and not to mention the workers talk bad about each other and make fun of them wen not present. The male manager talks bad about the food and makes fun of customers for paying their prices and also joins in on making fun of others.

I've never seen a store/restaurant be such a stickler about their hours. We were there at 9:02pm after driving around in circles for at least 3 minutes because their signs for entering were so awful and it was a challenge to figure out. We just got off a flight with two babies (and explained that) and the girl we tried to order from had zero mercy. I love Tropical Smoothie, but I won't go to this location ever again solely because of that girl. We're done with this one.

I am a regular customer at this Tropical Smoothie. My regular order would be a Supergreen Caesar Salad and a Bahama Mama with extra white chocolate. I would not recommend going to this store unfortunately, my boyfriend and I waited at the window for 20 minutes with nobody saying a word to us. When they finally did they had no idea what we were waiting for (2 smoothies). When our smoothies were delivered they were wrong. Now the regular issue I have are the salads, some days they are packed with lettuce and all the toppings. But lately this is what I've been receiving, for paying $10 for a salad this is absolutely ridiculous. When asked on why it was so small I was told "that's how it always is". Well that was a lie, if you'd like to waste your money on something that is only about 10 bites visit them! Just because there is an extra dressing does not mean you should put less ingredients into it so that you can fit the dressing in there. Absolutely disappointed and my food looks unappetizing and unappealing.
I’m not sure if anyone else has had this problem but the wait through the drive thru has been absolute terrible. I have given a few chances and each time has taken exceptionally long. Then today they forgot my sides which I was very sad about/

Got a delivery order today and smoothie was smashed in and a mess all over porch was to scared to try the flat bread.. called for a refund that doordash given me but tropical smoothie has info s9 they have to put on card.. and they dont answer the phone
