I’m not sure if anyone else has had this problem but the wait through the drive thru has been absolute terrible. I have given a few chances and each time has taken exceptionally long. Then today they forgot my sides which I was very sad about/
Got a delivery order today and smoothie was smashed in and a mess all over porch was to scared to try the flat bread.. called for a refund that doordash given me but tropical smoothie has info s9 they have to put on card.. and they dont answer the phone

I am a regular customer at this Tropical Smoothie. My regular order would be a Supergreen Caesar Salad and a Bahama Mama with extra white chocolate. I would not recommend going to this store unfortunately, my boyfriend and I waited at the window for 20 minutes with nobody saying a word to us.
