Went this evening again to try 1 more time. My spicey chix sandwich had the mayo smeared off. Requested no mayo. Then the potatoes. I can't understand why they sold the last 1 to me. It was old,cold,hard,and brown. Clearly should not have been sold. Called and complained about chix sandwich. Didn't realize a potatoe could be sold that looked like it does. Thank goodness for pictures. I'll never go again. Not everythone wants to buy garbage from a fast food chain that doesn't clearly...read full review
Took a long time to receive a small frosty after I was at the window. At least 4 minutes.

Wendy's provides a pleasant dining experience with friendly and fast staff. The meals are amazing, and the restaurant is clean. One customer enjoyed an Asiago chicken sandwich, while another had the apple, pecan salad. They shared a large order of fries and each had a large frosty. The JBC biggie bag is perfect every time. Food was near perfect and the service was quite good. The place itself is a little dirty. However, the food is the most important thing. Wendy's stands out from other fast food places, offering a great experience for its customers. The food tasted amazing and burgers looked perfect. Salad was great, and the order was accurate. Service was fast.
