I was excited to stop in with my mom for a shake, but unfortunately the customer service was very disappointing. There were three employees: one was doing prep work, one helping another customer, and another who appeared to notice us but never acknowledged or assisted us. We stood at the counter for several minutes without being helped. I eventually decided to get frozen yogurt instead, and during the five minutes it took me to make it, my mom still had not been assisted. Afterward, we stood at the counter for another two to three minutes before having to ask where we were supposed to check out. Eventually, the employee that had nothing going on came over and helped us. The lack of basic customer service made for a frustrating experience.

This place, honestly, has the best Mexican food in the area. It would be great if they offered coupons to their customers in their loyalty program above and beyond their point system. I'd eat there more if given a few dollars off coupons.

Our fave place when craving a blast of Yogurt! Very clean, great selection of yummy yogurt flavors and the women that run it are super sweet. Their Mexican food is terrific as well!

Based on reviews, my wife and I decided to give Duke's a try. I really wanted to like it, but unfortunately left disappointed. Both of our bowls were bland (despite having many ingredients). I was actually astonished at how bland, to be honest. Furthermore, the temperature of the chicken, rice, beans was tepid, at best. This, combined with the addition of cold ingredients (cheese, salsa, lettuce, etc.) made for a bowl that was barely room temperature. The portion size was also small relative to other places who would be considered competitors. On the flip side, the tortilla chips here warm and flavorful....I just wish the salsa had more layers of flavor. Again, we went in here really wanting to like it, but unfortunately left dissatisfied.

I’ve been looking forward to trying this place because it’s not far from us and had great reviews and I was genuinely sad at our experience. I see all these reviews and I think that my experience today likely wasn’t the norm.
When I went today all the ingredients were very low, and not very fresh looking. There was one woman working and doing everything by herself. I am a patient person, so I don’t mind waiting when the food is good, but when I started seeing her making our food I felt really discouraged because the portions were very small.
The pictures on reviews look like pretty good sized burritos, but ours were not. Maybe because her ingredients were low, but she put the smallest amount of everything. The black beans were very oddly colored and white colored, and not like black beans that we usually see.
We got a Cali burrito, chimichanga, and ultimate burrito, and they all were so small.
Even when she got to the guacamole she put a small scoop. I asked her if that was all we get and she said “it’s one scoop” and then the sour cream was a small drizzle. I expressed some concern over the portion and was ignored. She could see that I was feeling upset even as I was checking out over the issue and she didn’t care and just said nothing.
The Cali burrito with steak was $15
The ultimate burrito was $13.

I’m really disappointed. :( halfway through her making my order I honestly wanted to just leave and I felt anxiety because I knew I didn’t want to pay those prices for that little of food, but since she had already made that much food on my behalf I stayed and paid and left.
But I wanted to leave this honest review.
The pics show that their ultimate burrito is literally the size of my hand. The whole thing fit into a hotdog sized styrofoam container. I am a female, so this is an average sized woman’s hand in the photos for size reference. The burrito went from the end of my middle finger to the base of my thumb.
I’ve had Mexican food from lots of places and have never ever ever had this experience.
I’m all fairness, their chips are delicious.
The location also has a Froyo bar that looks amazing and there is a back deck to eat that has a lovely view over the water. I’d like to go back sometime for that, but I won’t be ordering food from there again. Especially not when you can go to other places and get a burrito for same price or less that is much larger than this one. Paying $45 for three small burritos is not ok.

We just recently discovered Dukes!!! We love it. If you like Qdoba you will love Dukes. Food is amazing, staff is wonderful and the chips & queso are so yummy!!!
