Pretty cool place. Ordering is a little awkward. Almost like ordering in a subway/deli combo. Serving sizes are small but the food is good. Especially in a truck stop. Their hours are short, like done by 4 everyday. There is a vending machine thing they load with some of the menu out front. That is a really cool idea. Truckers will appreciate it
We tried the take and bake pizza. Super bubbly crust and cooks at 425 for five minutes. Hard to beat. The Sweet Copper Sarsaparilla was delicious too (kid approved). Looking forward to trying some more Vend-diesel delights!
Everything was so delicious. Had smoked pot roast and pulled pork with mashed potatoes and quinoa with corn, peas, and peppers! WOW so much flavor you can taste everything is made from scratch. Will be back here. They even make their own black garlic and flavor their from scratch bbq sauce and salt with it! Much respect to this couple. Have no doubts, come here!!!
