As a first-time customer of Arbys, I have to say I am highly impressed with the level of friendly service and staff preparation and efficiency. A very clean and inviting seating area. I was very satisfied with the meal option that I chose. I definitely recommend the bourbon chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks.

First and foremost, I had a person take my order!! I wasn't directed to a kiosk!! That was very, very refreshing. The individual behind the register was jovial and welcoming and was not annoyed at my questions. Now that's AWESOME customer service!! Food was, mmm, mmm good!! Kudos Arbys!!

Recently visited and the drive thru screen was completely black so we assumed that they were close and were driving away when they opened the window and told us to come pull around or come inside if we needed to see the menu. They were super helpful and very ready to get us what we needed!
