This was the first time I have ever gone to the Red Apple. It has an old-timey feel from the '70s and it was really good. I got the Greek omelette and oftentimes other places. Try to put in a different kind of meat but the red apple put in the gyro meat and it went really well with feta cheese and olives. It was really well done. I will definitely go back.
I've been to all the local family restaurants in the area and hands down Red Apple is at the top. the vintage cozy feel, the staff, and the food is always consistent and spot on. I always wanted to run a joint like this in a small town. and I love that this place gives you that small town feel where everyone is like family.
Came in around 7p on a Wednesday evening with a friend for some dinner. Place was fairly empty and were greeted promptly and were told to seat ourselves. Waitress came quickly, and although I didn’t catch her name, she was very pleasant and returned to check on things a few times during our meal.
