On two separate occasions, weeks apart I’ve bitten into fries that taste like mildew. The fish tasted like old grease. I use to love this place everything use to be fresh but now i won’t return.

Latrice helped me out today. She is so kind & full of smiles. I had the best lemon pepper chicken tenders, so juicy and flavorful. Not to mention the fries were great & crispy. Gonna be hard to stay away. I'm gonna try the fish next time! Thank you Latrice for your kindness & great food!-melissa

Really Mr Wallace.. I had just left your establishment today, on January02, 2024. And when I got home. I said, if you're doing this, I will NEVER buy any more food from you anymore.I asked for a perch sandwich. Only 2 small overcooked pieces of fish.Never will you steal my money for thus again.

Wally, Wally, Why? I just can't anymore. I just tried to eat this food but I had to stop. I pray I don't get sick!! I want to say a lot right now. The food was very questionable. I see you're back with that precooked chicken again and it was overcooked. The fries were obviously frozen for to long and then cooked. Blah. Needless to say you've finally lost me and my family for life! I'm sorry Wally. If you're going to raise your prices raise your Quality. I'm so sad you used to be a go to. I feel my stomach just told me No Mas!!

Won’t return here. Very poor service. Food is below average. I got cheated out of a piece of fish. I ordered the small dinner & it’s supposed to come with 2 pieces. I only got one. Didn’t receive Cole slaw. Fries were burnt & not even edible. Please don’t go here. I definitely won’t return. This place sucks! POOR POOR

I ordered a lot of food and they only gave me two sauces and the man that took my order said he was the manager and he was a little rude about me asking for more sauce he said only one sauce comes with the meal but I didn't order a meal this was the first time this happened here though I eat here all the time sometimes the food is too salty but the women who usually take my order are always pleasant. I won't be eating here anymore.
Ordered two dinners, chicken and shrimp combo and also a small walleye dinner. Not my first visit, ordered prior to closing. The chicken and shrimp were over cooked. the walleye was cooked perfect, but there were only 3 pieces and I paid for four!! Called them back spoke with manager, was told her staff assured her there were 4 pieces and it was not! Fine!! Not going to argue with you. we weren't driving back, just wanted them to be aware. I did not appreciate being called a liar! And the fries were soggy and greasy!! We pay to much money for this restaurant food, at least make sure my order is correct. Will cook my own food! Thanks Wally's!

visiting here from California I born and raise in Detroit my hotels close by Wally so I decided to to try. fish is good very well proportion wing dings, small as a photo shows they could really improve on their portions. They charged me over 10$ for this. Not acceptable...
