I had the absolute best experience in the drive thru tonight Kim’s politeness, kindness and compassion was absolutely astounding. She truly brightened my day! I never expected a drive thru experience with such manners and positive person like I received tonight. And with the way this world has been lately it was a breath of fresh air to receive such amazing customer service.
Don't go to Wendy's often. Pleasantly surprised at how cool, calm, and collected Kimberly was. She was very friendly to talk with, made you to feel as a welcome guest. While I was there I overheard about some confusion with an Uber eats order. Her demeanor never changed. She was able to resolve the issue fairly quickly. My opinion is that Kimberly is a fine representative of the Wendy's business model. She is the kind of Wendy's representative that brings people...

The girl in the speaker was so polite and professional sounding I thought it was a bot talking at first. I ordered and got a wonderful smile and literally the hottest fries and the most juicy and hottest sandwich I ever received from fast food place! They have regained my business.
