Burnt my order of Jet's bread. How the h@ll do you mess up bread and cheese?
I had a less than great experience at Jets last week, the person who answered the phone to take my order was pretty rude. I emailed Jet’s to let them know of my experience. Today, I got a call from a store manager (Joe) who apologized on behalf of the employee and Jet’s and promised that next time they’ll do better.

General manager refused to take ownership of business mistake- gave customers expired ranch and then called customers liars and questions why they are offended.. will never purchase food from here again.
