“I honestly had a great experience at this restaurant. I ordered over the phone and she was very upfront about how long everything would take and made sure that I was okay with it. Everything was ready when I arrived, and I spoke to the owner for a long time. She works by herself and is a nice little grandma so its wonderful that she is following her passion. The food itself was a bit pricey but I am happy to pay it to support a small local business. Everything tasted very good, and the portion sizes were large. The egusi was great but the cassava leaf soup was even better, with large portions of goat in each. I personally had a great experience and would recommend to others.“

The service was provided in a timely fashion even though I placed a last minute emergency order they made sure to tell me not to panic and made sure that my birthday party was a total success. I recommend them to everyone whether it’s catering or a single plate dinner the options are incredible and the Mac and cheese is to die for !“

“Absolutely delicious food! Great family restaurant with a wholesome crew. The oxtails were cooked to perfection, the jerk. Chicken very flavorful, the jerk Chicken nachos are ? my kids loved the jerk chicken wraps and sandwiches. I honestly will eventually try everything on the menu. “This review is based mainly on my personal preferences. I got fried chicken breast, mashed potatoes, collards, dressing, gravy and cornbread. The chicken breast was delicious, but overcooked and dry. Potatoes and gravy were fine. The dressing had good flavor but I didn’t care for the consistency. The collards were good except they were too salty. The cornbread was very good. I will order again and try other offerings.“
