The food was good. Fries was a bit cold but it was super windy that day so I just chalked it up to the winds getting the fries cold. The lady at the counter was asking me something and I told her sorry im deaf and could not fully understand what she was saying. Turns out she knows ASL! It helps out tremendously when there is someone who is able to communicate with deaf people and make sure the order is correct. Kudos to this lady for making sure I understood what was going on....
Food ALWAYS hot and fresh, bacon well done on meals, other toppings always fresh and nicely cut, shake machine never down!!!!! Employees over the speakers in drive through always nice,polite and patient.BEST wendys around hands down!!!!
The food is good but whoever the manager is right now handing out orders has a real attitude problem. I walked in and stood in line, 2 in front of me. And she asks me, what am I here for? The person in front of me asked for something extra and she had an attitude. I asked for 5 packets of ketchup and said thank you when she handed me my food and rolled her eyes. This literally just happened. 1pm 12/16/25. If I didn't like the fresh food so much I probably go elsewhere. She...
