This location is a mess. (Figuratively, not literally. The place is clean enough.) They never seem to have pizzas or breadsticks ready, and will keep you waiting 20-30 minutes for a “hot and ready” pepperoni pizza. They also do not sell salads anymore. Based on this, we prefer going to a different place for our pizza—yes, we have to order ahead, but the food is hot and ready when we get there.
Food is usually good. Customer service is lacking. Especially tonight on 11/17/23. Walked in at 6 on a Friday and ordered 2 hot and ready and asked if theyvhave cream cheese dip. Was told yes and about 15 min. That was ok. Went to pick up the order and there was NO cream cheese dip. Asked the the woman behind the counter and was told they were close to being out of it. What does that even mean? I asked for it. Give me the dip and then run out. I left with out any cheese...read full review

Got Pizza from here 5 days ago.
