I'll start this by saying I don't generally write reviews, but I feel like this one is important enough for it. I know a lot of people have gotten wrong or messed up orders, but I've never had an issue with that. In fact, all the staff is super friendly and today, because of a short weight time, they offered me TWO coupons. I'm not understanding the negative reviews. I'm a taco bell fan and this place has very polite workers. When they first opened it was a little rough but has consistently improved. I give 5 stars because this place worked towards it. Good job and ty.

In room dining is frustrating - forces to order from the kiosk. Took almost 20 minutes to get order. Plus when ordering from the Kiosk no one gave us cups and ignored us at counter. Terrible frustrating experience.
