Consistent drinks and great staff!
Incredibly long waits EVERY TIME. Repeatedly they get the order incorrect. I honestly do not think it’s the staff bc the issue is always consistent since they opened. Leadership really should take a serious look at efficiency, training, processes-

BIGGBY COFFEE in Whitehall is known for its tasty Asiago bagels with cream cheese, which are totally amazing. The people here are so kind and the staff remains friendly even during busy times, with workers that are very patient. The drive-thru is usually quick during the week, but on Saturday mornings it is usually a longer wait. Orders have always been correct. The place inside is so artsy and lots of color. It is a great spot for coffee lovers, especially if time is not a concern. Wheelchair accessibility is convenient with parking right in front of the building.
