“Not one to leave a negative review I always try and find the good in everything! Tonight at 6:30 we decided to order online. Our pickup time was for 7:50 as we showed up on time. The place appeared to be pretty busy but I as a small business owner understand being under staffed. We did not get our pizza as it hadn’t even been started yet. We did drive over a half hr to try the pizza (ive had it but the family has not). However, that’s not what’s important. What was more important to me was how Neil (the owner) handled the situation. Whatever technical issues they were having he was trying to make it right with everyone. He even tried to pay for my gas because we didn’t have the extra 30 plus minutes to wait for the pizza. Even tho the place was experiencing high volume he continued to treat his customers and staff friendly and professional. Overall, they have great pizza imo and the service is 10/10.“

“After quite a few bad experiences in a row we decided to give this location another chance. We ordered through the portal. Arrived to pick it up and the order was completed on time. The pizza was cooked perfectly and the bread sticks were on point! Thank- you!“

“This was our first time to try Louie’s. We ordered and since I was starving it seemed like a long time waiting for food to arrive, so I said to my wife, “I hope our food is not sitting in the kitchen getting cold.” Well I got that part wrong, the food came out hot and delicious! I think whoever is running that kitchen stays awake nights obsessing about ways to make the most awesome food. I got a burger and tater tots, and was asked if I’d like some ranch dressing to try with them. I tried it and holy smoke that ranch is off the chart delicious! The burgers are delivered smoking hot and also jam packed with flavor. If you want to reward someone who’s done something great, bring a them here, the food is a treat!“

“Door is locked. They (two employees) watched my Mom hobble up to the door with her cane and they just stood there. We had to go around to the front of the gas station and walk through the convenience store to get into the restaurant. They could put a bell on that door if they can't watch it all the time.The food is good and a great value.

Parking: No handicapper parking for restaurant.

Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult and inconvenient handicapper access.“

“Hands down the best pizza in the North Muskegon! 🍕 this place is family owned and the care they put into there food is amazing. The crust is perfect, the toppings are fresh, and the service makes you feel right at home. It’s our favorite local business to bring the family. Highly recommend!“

“We ordered a pizza that had green olives on it. Several of the olives were not pitted. I've never experienced this from a pizza place before. This is the first time I have ordered here in probably 10+ years. The food was good, but I could have cracked a tooth. Not enjoyable having to pick olive pits off your pizza. Honestly, I would recommend the pizza, but maybe skip the olives.“
