i really enjoyed the food and the workers were very nice. i enjoyed going to eat here often but a friend of mine whom used to work there shared with me that they don't check expiration dates, they couldn't provide any proof of it but still it has made me hesitant to return.

Super delicious. Huge portions. Had the buffalo chicken sandwich - it was big, messy and very, very tasty. Waffle fries were really good.
Staff was attentive. Restaurant was clean with plenty of seating. This location is about 1 minute away from the TOCA soccer/baseball fields and they have lots of space. You order for yourself at the counter and they call out your name when your food is ready. Wait staff does not come to your table and take orders - just making sure you know. Ample parking in the back. TV's up on the walls showing sports and youtube fail videos, which was quite funny.
Would very happily visit again. Delicious.

11/11 is my go-to chicken place. If you need something cheap and fast, their 2 for $5 sliders are great. Tried their chicken tacos today and I thought they were great! For my part, I have always received good customer service here.

Employees need more training in safe food handling. On two of my visits, I’ve witnessed careless food handling. I’ve seen an employee move from sweeping the floor, to receiving money at the cash register, then immediately into preparing food all wearing the same pair of rubber gloves. I have also watched as a cook rubbed his face, lifted his hat and run his gloved hands through his hair, all before building a sandwich with those same gloves. Food is ok, a little pricey, but not too bad.

The barbecue chicken sandwich was huge and delicious! We also got a couple wraps that were very tasty. If possible I would order ahead but it was worth the wait

My experience here was strange.
Summary: confusing menu and ordering experience, cost $20 for large fries and chicken sandwich without a drink.
When I pulled up there were signs that you could get 50% off if you sign up for their rewards program, so I got out my phone to try and do that since I like rewards programs, and then while I was trying to sign up, some guy came out and cut down the big sign by the road and took down the sign from the window. Which is fine, maybe I just missed the deal. 🤷🏼 It happens.
I then tried to order online, and it sent me to a third party site, toasttab, where the menu didn't match the pictures of the menu listed on Google.
Apparently they don't actually sell sweet potatoe fries as a normal side as it showed, only as a large side.
So I ordered a chicken sandwich and large sweet potatoes fries, and with 10% tip it came to $20, not even with a drink.
Food was decent, but expensive. I really wish I could've just gotten a regular sandwich combo with sweet potatoe fries and a drink.
I might come back and give it another try sometime

The burger was decent, chicken tasted like less flavored KFC, pasta in Mac and cheese undercooked or too thick and chewy, cheese sauce was 6/10 mashed potatoes made me gag, had 0 flavor even with the gravy on it and it caught me off guard. Likely won't be back but it was fine for what it was.

My daughter and I decided to try this place out. I would say better than a fast food chain but not in the area I would say amazing. It was a bit cold for my daughter in the establishment. I would say try it out for yourself and see what you think.. January 2025 tried the fried chicken meal. Mashed potatoes taste like watered down instant and the gravy I would never get again. The chicken is juicy but has no flavor. So at least it was not bad. The oil also seemed a little old. All in all I would say blah. I won't do the chicken again personally.

Great food even asked for a side of gravy with my delivery order and they threw it in for free. Bacon cheese burger was fantastic pretty reasonable on price as well
