I just had the most pleasant experience at this Arby's on wixom and Grand River. There is a young man named Rashad that works there that is so kind and so polite and so pleasant. Y'all have to go check him out.

Other than sometimes being difficult to enter the parking lot due to heavy traffic in the area, it is definitely one of the best Arby's in the county. Employees are courteous and friendly. Food is as good as any other Arby's I have patronized.

I did not go in. Initially the lady at the window was a bit rude but when I thanked her kindly hey mood completely changed. I'm guessing she had a bad experience just before me
