Their drives are absolute menaces. Genuinely putting other people’s lives at risk on the highways. Using closed lanes, weaving in and out of traffic over the speed limit and not using a single turn signal. And tailgating every single care they could. Your workers and their driving are in fact part of your company, and when they are driving a truck with your band and number all over it they are representing your business. 23 is not the autobahn.

Catering driver cut me off and almost hit me with their trailer. Once a passing zone came up I went to go around and they cut me off driving in both lanes almost hitting me again, continued to block both lanes so I could not go around them safely. Completely insane behavior on the road almost causing an accident and driving like an idiot. Mind blown with this behavior. If you read other reviews there are MANY incidents with their drivers being irresponsible and almost hitting many people on the roads. These drivers should be looked into and there should be consequences for having so many people complaining about almost being hit on the road by their drivers. Absolutely crazy. Hope the food is good enough to be putting peoples lives at risk every time they deliver. The police should be looking into these people with how many complaints there are. Blown away. Thank god I got away with my life and no damage to my vehicle with how insane and reckless these people are. Think about people lives before you order food from these people because they are a danger to be on the road.

I had a 60th birthday party on aug 2nd and I had Gary's catering do the food , I have to say plus all of my guest was very impressed with the food the set up and everything they did ,the food was very good the service was great, thanks to Dana and jazzy they were great right on the game thank everyone for a great job and service I would 💯 % recommend Gary's for your catering needs .

Sherri Darin was excellent to work with. Onsite grilling was even better than the tasting we did at their facility; fresh and delicious directly off a large charcoal grill! Broccoli salad, chicken veggie kabobs, ribs, pulled pork, seasoned potatoes were excellent! Reasonable pricing for the amount and quality of food. Thank you!

I had them cater a grad party (BBQ). I had so many compliments on the food. They had so many sides. They kept in touch with me right up to the party. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful. I never had to worry about anything. I would definitely use them again!

No experience with the food but their drivers need to learn how to drive. One pulled out in front of me on haggerty and had to slam on my brakes. Do better

Everything from communication,timing, service to the quality and quantity of food was outstanding. Everything was delicious, and we received many great compliments from our guests. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again!!

From start to finish we were extremely happy working with Gary’s Catering. Starting with taste testing which allowed us to ask in person questions to the catering staff that stayed on after our dinner was served who went above and beyond to help our venue coordinator.

The most important part? The food was amazing. Our guests could not stop raving about the food to us. It was so good that even with the wedding jitters I managed to eat my food because it was so tasty (I was not going to miss out; especially on that pasta).

Several years ago, my wife and I were in charge of arranging dinner for a Presbytery of Detroit meeting at our church in Novi, MI. Gary's Catering brought out BBQ equipment and food and we fed leaders of numerous Detroit Area Presbyterian Churches. The whole event was a big hit. So, there was no doubt that Cathy and I would hire Gary's Catering to provide dinner at our daughter's outdoor wedding reception in Fowlerville, MI last Saturday, May 17, 2025. Not only was the food varied and delicious, but the crew was outstanding. These folks were very friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you all for helping to make our only daughter's wedding reception also a big hit.

We hired Gary's for our wedding of 200 guests. We served chicken and steak kabobs and ribs and had so many compliments, especially on the ribs. I do recommend serving the kabobs right from the grill as they did get a bit cold on the buffet. Excellent service from the office staff and managers- we also used their vendor for linens and Gary's made it all very easy.

Gary's catered my son and (new!) daughter-in-law's wedding this past weekend and it was AMAZING! Everything was delicious - truly the best wedding food I have ever had - salmon, brisket, herb chicken, and all of the tasty sides. We had so many compliments and everything went so smoothly. Serves garbage on their gut trucks over priced Cuban sandwich full of scrap ham I wouldn't feed my dog

They have truck that stops by my work in Lansing, the prices are reasonable and the food is excellent. The eggs are always really good in the sandwiches and burritos.

I get a truck in Oak Park maybe every day. Seems like they show up when and if they want. Food is always the same no new items and if your lucky it will be warm. Most of the time I have to heat it up and still pay full price. But my favorite part is the girl that drives the truck comes roaring in the lot and treats it like a Nascar pit stop. Telling everyone to hurry up. She only spends about 10 minutes on site but I guess that's too long. WOW this is crazy.
