As a former server, it is hard not to notice every detail, and I am super picky about food. I just ordered a carry-out for my family, and I expect the quality to be the same. Definitely recommend 👌”

“Unfortunately, I just received the worst customer service at a restaurant. At Six Star In Woodhaven. We got two burgers from carry out, mine was like rubber and my fiancé had a hair in her burger. They made us drive all the way back to prove it. Then they decided she had eaten "too much" of it for a refund. Made us wait 20 minutes for that bs response and handed us a new batch of fries to make up for it. Best part was the owner was too much of a whimp to communicate that awful response to us directly. He made a waitress say it to us after waiting all that time.”

“Fast food restaurants are not known for having all-star customer service, but I experienced the sweetest, most warm hearted woman in recent memory who prepared our dinner on October 11th, 2024 around 5:00 PM, and I just wanted to compliment and recognize her for how pleasant and caring she was. I didn't catch her name, but she was of Indian descent. I hope she is respected by Subway administration because she clearly is superior to thousands of local fast food employees. It amazes me also to have such good ice cream at a great price! There's not many places out there anymore where I can eat like a big back and my wife and both kids get ice cream and it's less than 20 bucks!! Yes I said big back... Chocolate dipped waffle cone with four scoops!! The ice cream sends me to ice cream heaven! Then typically I put the kids to bed and pass straight out! Sending me into an ice cream kind of dream 🤗 You guys keep it up y'all Rockstars 😀😀😀”

“Customer Suggestion : When taking orders please do it with the pen & paper for fewer mistakes. Today @ 4:53pm the employee while slicing meat on another order asked me my order then when he got done slicing the meat he put my order on the paper by his memory. When I received my first sub it was incorrect and acted like I didn’t tell him correctly. So they corrected my sub still thinking it was my fault 🤦‍♂️ So this is just a friendly suggestion to take orders with pen and paper in hand. Please & Thank You !”

“Between doctor appointments, a friend & I had lunch at Olga’s Kitchen, located in Woodhaven, MI, yesterday. The food was really good & Sabrina, our server was excellent. We received some of the best service I have ever had and I wanted to recognize her. Sabrina was very personable and very, very attentive to our needs. Due to illness I am unable to get out very often and she made this a most enjoyable Olga’s’ experience. Thank you Sabrina, are an asset to your employer!”

“Upkeep of the facility was lacking some was my initial impression. The staff was friendly and offered some recommendations for new customers. They do store their bread in clear trashbags, which was not the best presentation. The subs are surprisingly large so don't let the price be a shock. I believe the prices to be fair for the amount of food you recieve. It did seem to have a steady flow of customers ordering while I dinned in. The food was good but, it isn't my typical "go to" sub styles or toppings I prefer.”

I love their shakes as they are packed with so much flavor, I discovered Be Well, a while ago and have been a frequent customer ever since. The employees are so friendly! The owner is extremely nice! “This morning(11/09) I went in for a medicine ball tea, I had to order typing on my phones note pad due to losing my voice completely, Shout out to the guy who took my order!!!! He thought because I couldn’t talk that I also wouldn’t be able to hear so he raced around to find a phone to communicate, they were out of one ingredient for my drink so i asked for something tasty but also good for my voice and he did not disappoint! “Came in tonight for a girls Christmas party. Our waitress did amazing with so many women coming in at different times. She was attentive and made sure our drinks never went dry. She had just came back from a leave and with a new system, and a system error, she never acted stressed. I’m so happy we had our party at @sneakys again this year.”
