“This morning(11/09) I went in for a medicine ball tea, I had to order typing on my phones note pad due to losing my voice completely, Shout out to the guy who took my order!!!! He thought because I couldn’t talk that I also wouldn’t be able to hear so he raced around to find a phone to communicate, they were out of one ingredient for my drink so i asked for something tasty but also good for my voice and he did not disappoint! Thank you sir! You were moving so quick to accommodate me I didn’t see your name tag but I appreciate you! More people should be like you!!!!“

“I absolutely love this Starbucks, the employees make it worth it, but the drinks are always great also. Emily, Amber, Morgan, Tyler, Jesse, Cody, Yasmin (I believe is her name)…always so incredibly friendly and helpful. My kids love going in just to say hi to their employees! 10/10 recommend Woodhaven Starbucks!“

“I go through the drive thru about 3 mornings a week. I order and pay on the app (usually the same thing every day). The young women that work there between 7-8:30 are terrific! My order is always right and when I forget to add the mocha to my latte, they add it for me. They have even run it out to my car for me a few times so I don’t have to wait in the long line. 5⭐️ Service!“

“Poor customer service and most times they are either out of something you want or a machine is not working properly for a specific beverage. The place is a joke!“

“Had a great young man cleaning the dinning area. said his name was Aidan, When I asked and told me it was great to meet me, Very sweet and respectful. He was cleaning up and taking out the trash keeping it as clean as a mcdonald’s is gonna get, but Aidan helped me when i asked for a ketchup giving me 2 and showing me where you keep them for customers.“

“I come here every morning. Its a little more pricey that the Flat Rock location but the service is faster and my order is always right. Natalie and the other girls that work here make it the best location downriver. Super friendly, super fast. They always remember your name and order.“

“While in nursing school, I came here just to study. Good coffee and very quiet.
I did forget my headphones but the playlist reminded me of when I was in high school.
If you are rolling on a strict budget, the coffee and food are perfect just for that.“

“I love this place I do but there have been a few times I’ve had super long wait times with there is around 10 workers working. Went through the drive-through and the guy that took my order was absolutely amazing and so sweet I asked for a iced matcha with strawberry cold foam and they gave me something no where near what I ordered wasn’t even close to the color either. Granted it was my fault for not looking at what they gave me but still. I just think the speed of things for the drive through could be better and checking what you give customers is actually what they ordered.“
