They were way busier then usual due to the bogo burger promo. And they killed it. I interacted with a couple different employees while I was there and I know they were stressed but they handled it great and talked to everyone there with patience.
Weird interaction from the employees tonight? My boyfriend went in and picked up our food. On his way out, one of the employees offered him free fries and my boyfriend said “yeah if you’re giving them out” and another employee comes from behind and says “no I don’t give out free fries” so my boyfriend says alright, “I don’t need them” lol and leaves. I just think it’s weird, why offer and then reject? I don’t really care because we didn’t order them anyway...
First time at a Five Guys. Burger was excellent! I believe they are all double burgers, and not smash burgers. I got the Cajun fries and they were very good. Service was quick. Only had to wait about ten minutes (quicker than most fast food places these days). Got a cheese bag for the wife and was surprised at how good it was. A little pricey, but overall, definitely a recommend.
