“Tonight I attended a wedding at C & G and could not be more impressed, and also pissed at myself for not patronizing this welcoming restaurant sooner. I’m lactose intolerant and allergic to chicken. The staff was incredibly accommodating and gracious. This is not often a feeling I receive when bringing up food allergies. The food & drinks were so incredibly tasty and the views were unreal. The Train station, spires of St Anne’s and the Ambassador Bridge all in one shot. Turn to the left and you have the beautifully landscaped Roosevelt park to stroll through after enjoying the back porch. I’m so blown away, and so happy my friend finally got me here! Thank you for a dreamy night.“

“I recently visited Bob Evans and had a pleasant experience. The food was good overall, and the burger and fries were enjoyable. While the food was not exceptional, it was satisfying and well-prepared.
The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the visit much more enjoyable. Their excellent customer service was definitely the highlight of my experience.
The atmosphere was average—comfortable enough for a casual meal, but nothing particularly special.“

“We get takeout usually from this Harvey's/Swiss Chalet & eat in the dining room occasionally. This evening was one of the dining room outings, as we were out running errands. They were steady busy, but we had our food rather quickly. I let them know they were out of napkins & condiments at the condiment/pop station (also the station was dirty & needed cleaning). They still were not refilled (or cleaned) when we left after we finished eating. The tables were in need of cleaning in the dining room. Usually these things are not in this state, even when I've seen it this busy.
Overall, the food was very good.“

“I don't normally hand out 5 stars lightly but my wife and I went there for our 40th Anniversary and her 77th birthday, yes, the same day, and the food and service were excellent. Maddie was our server and she was was friendly and efficient. Her timing was always spot on. We had appetizers for dinner, Mini Stuffed Yorkshires, Calamari Fritti, Crab Cakes and bacon wrapped Sea Scallops. We also had a bottle of CabSav, the cheaper of 2 choices, it was very good. What a delight!! Yes, 5 stars. BTW, Rose's dessert was a chocolate fudge cheesecake. Yummy!! Yes, it cost a bit more than usual but it was multiple appetizers and a bottle of wine.“

“Understaffed, but who is not these days. Waitress did the best she could since she was only one on the floor. Pot roast is typically really good, meat was tough this time and carrots raw in the center. Omelette was runny and little filling. Typically not like this when we eat here . We will go back but was very disappointed this evening for the amount you are billed. Tipped the waitress well as she was stressed but still was smiling.“
