We hired Jay Ray's to cater an outdoor event for 50 people at our business. His website made choosing our menu and tailoring the details a breeze. Once we had chosen our menu, he made a few suggestions to make the menu even better, and on the day of, he and his staff (his daughter Ella) showed up in plenty of time to set up and serve.

WOW.....Everything was fantastic, the food was awesome, delicious and very good quality. Flavor and satisfaction in every bite. Service and preparation and presentation was awesome.
