Ordered delivery waited an hour and a forty minutes. Salad with no dressing, burnt pizza one of the pizzas was wrong and they sent the wrong pop.when I asked them to charge me what they sent me instead of the “specialty” pizza I ordered they refused. They also got a 25% tip. No thank you

Walked in to pick up and young kid on his phone, didn’t even acknowledge until he was done. Stood around waiting, only to be given a raw pizza, and spoiled fermented sauce. Could get someone incredibly sick if they had ate that. Threw the entire order in the trash. Would love my money back but nobody will even answer a phone there. Had placed the order online. I spent over 10 years waiting on Joe at Franks pizza, I was his requested waitress. Kindest man and took such pride in his business. He’d be heartbroken to see this. Also considering my background I know spoiled sauce and raw food. This is unacceptable and dangerous. We’ve tried and last three times it’s been worse and worse until this and then nobody will even answer a phone to try to fix it. Waste of hardworking money and time. Don’t go here please.

This place has really gone downhill lately. What was once an every Friday tradition of getting JJs - we will now be going elsewhere. Staff is all inexperienced children, the pizza is so inconsistent, sometimes it's good like the old days, most times it's absolutely terrible. Tonight my pizza was not fully cooked, barely cut, and looked like a Picasso painting. Sad to see such a legendary wyandotte establishment turn so bad

I was a walk in. My son has spoken highly of JJ’s so I stopped in. I placed an order for the $10. Walk-In Large wi one item pizza and 15 traditional buffalo wings. I even asked if they tossed them in the sauce and was told by the young man they did. He confirmed the order. I waited inside in the cold because they don’t heat the waiting area but I thought it wouldn’t be that long so I was okay with that. After a while the young man called me over and stated “You ordered a small pizza with 15 boneless wings, right?” I told him no and stated my order, he stated “That’s right.” I then went back and waited some more but I was okay with that. After I finally received my order, I got home only to find plain wings and a pizza with next to no sauce. I was not okay with that. Last time I’ll be ordering from there.
Order was supposed to be ready at 5:20, at arrived at 5:30pm told it would be 10 more , 5:40 they tell me it would be another 8 minutes so my order wasn't even made, didn't leave till 6pm. That was with a $10 carry out tip.... don't do that I guess or come here till things get better.

Can’t eat here anymore because they don’t answer the phone. I’ve called mid-day, dinner time, and night time. The phone rings endlessly 9 out of 10 times I try to order JJ’s, so I just go somewhere else now. Multiple people have told me this happens to them now too. This has been the case ever since new ownership, I feel bad because the owner probably doesn’t know their employees do this. It’s a shame because I loved JJ’s. Vito’s makes a similar pizza. First business I’ve ever encountered that doesn’t want business.

I worked her I believe her name is Brittany she eats you topping when they come out the oven (she picks off toppings off each pizza 🤮) Idk if he's still alive but veteran worker who knew John well had his moments because he had a brain tumor They sell weed brownies from the oven tho Atlest when I worked there

Bad experience. I ordered under the name of Lisa a pizza at 6:30 on 9/30/24 to be delivered. I was told it would be 40 minutes. At 7:55 I called again to find out how much longer it would be. I was then told it had just left JJs. At 8:40 we still had not gotten our pizza. I called again and was told that I had cancelled my order! (ARE YOU KIDDING ME??) To say the least never received our pizza. Thank goodness for Little Caesars :)
