Pancho's is a classic hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant with a lot of potential, but my experience was ultimately average.
The first thing you'll notice is that the building could use some work. The exterior is pretty worn down and not particularly well maintained, which doesn't make the best first impression. Thankfully, the inside is much better. While the dining room is older and dated, it was clean, organized, and appeared to be well cared for.
The service was probably the best part of the experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and seemed genuinely appreciative of our business.
Unfortunately, the food was just okay. Nothing was necessarily bad, but nothing really stood out either. Most of the dishes felt underseasoned and lacked the bold flavors you'd expect from good Mexican food. The ingredients seemed decent, but the overall execution left a lot to be desired. With a little more seasoning and attention to flavor, the food could be much better.
The margaritas were also somewhat disappointing. They tasted like they had too much mixer and not enough of the fresh, balanced flavor that makes a great margarita. They were drinkable, but definitely not memorable.
Overall, Pancho's delivers a clean environment and friendly service, but the food and drinks didn't live up to expectations. It's not a bad place by any means, but it's also not somewhere I'd go out of my way to visit again. There are some positives here, particularly the staff and cleanliness, but the quality of the food and drinks leaves plenty of room for improvement.
Personally would not be back. The only redeeming quality was the staff. The were friendly. However the food, well lets say taco bell has more flavor. I got the chicken enchiladas plate and my husband got some beef tacos. The rice was good. The beans were ok and the chicken enchiladas were edible. So if you are looking for a very quick bite to eat and dont mind it not being tasty then fine try them out. I knew they weren't going to be a returnable place when I tried their mild salsa. It was basically salt ketchup. The hot salsa was BARELY better. I just personally wouldn't recommend Panchos in Wyandotte. Maybe the other ones are better but I don't and will not know.

Used to eat here all the time. Usually I give places a second chance but, my friend and I are over there one night for dinner it's been a little bit of a while now, the lady who waited on us was extremely extremely rude! It was almost as if she had hatred towards us! I am not exaggerating . I eat out quite a bit, I know sometimes people have bad days and I understand that, but this was different. I will never ever return there!

Every time I eat here I get indigestion and last night the salsa was different and tasted like they filled the bowls with spaghetti sauce.
Best of the best. Most amazing service and high quality food. I come here for the tamales and they are the best I've ever had. The staff are kind, hard working, and your food comes out fast. Support this place and stay away from nasty Taco Bell chains

There are several Mexican restaurants nearby. This is my regular. Good service, good food, sizable portions (if it's important) easy going, chill vibe.
