Typically I pop in for a few drinks and never order food, it was noticed by management. Surprised I never order food they were dedicated to get me to try the food so they gave me a meal to try!! I can’t believe I’ve never ordered it was so good! The food/drinks coupled with the staff like Autumn, Gabby and Morgan make this place more then worth visiting!

The bar staff is amazing. Very personable and knowledgeable. They will explain the drinks to you and recommend honestly. I recommend this place 100%. Great atmosphere, mature crowd and laid back. I ordered the new sting and the whirlwind of lies, they both were amazing.

Was sat five minutes early for my reservation and then completely ignored by the waitstaff for a half an hour. I ended up flagging one of them down as they were actively averting their gaze toward me. Finally spoke to the manager on duty and was told it was “just a mistake”. Tell me how when they only had eight tables full and four waiters? Each and every one of them noticed at some point that I hadn’t been helped and very pointedly walked by, happily serving other patrons. Even at the table directly next to me, who were seated after I was.Not sure if Iron Gate thinks queer peoples’ money doesn’t spend the same but regardless, I won’t be back. Honestly embarrassing for a city hosting its first Pride this year.

Made a reservation and was five minutes early. Sat for over 20 minutes and didn’t even get our water glasses filled, but other tables were seated and drink orders taken in that time. Ended up leaving without ever talking to waitstaff. Kind of embarrassing, ruined date night.

This was one of my favorite places to go. I thought it was a craft cocktail bar on par with some of my favorites in Royal Oak, Ferndale, and Corktown. It has not been living up to that standard. It seems that many of the cocktails are now batch made offsite and have gone down hill. What was once what I thought of as one of the better places for a cocktail in metro Detroit is not even the best place in Wyandotte. There was a flash of greatness with some of the drinks on the Valentine menu, but overall I have been disappointed my last few times there. it is not the first place that come to mind for a great drink in Wyandotte anymore. The fries are outstanding and some of the Thursday burgers are also very creative and interesting. The waitstaff is top notch, and has a very nice atmosphere.
Good time, I wouldn't recommend the old fashion on tap.

My husband, myself, along with our best friends went here for dinner to celebrate my birthday. The service was incredible from start to end! Not to mention, our waitress came and handed me a signed birthday card from the staff with a free shot! Such cool vibes and such great treatment. Highly recommend!

This spot is so trendy and fun! I loved the truffle fries, I would highly recommend. They did not taste like the cheap truffle oil and I really appreciate that.Come here for your fancy date night! ?
