As a huge fan of Iron Gate and their pop-up concepts, I was really excited for Summer in Spain, but this outing missed the mark, especially for someone who loves Spanish tapas.

Chili Garlic Shrimp— Decent flavor overall, but one shrimp still had a long vein string that hadn't been cleaned out properly. Landing at a 4/10.

Croquettas de Pollo— These tasted like a fried ball of shredded chicken with almost nothing going...

This place is really nice and kick back.
I propose to my fiance there last night and they gave us wine on the house that was a great gesture
The layout and menu was SpongeBob themed me and my fiance both grew up loving and watching SpongeBob I took her for her birthday and she loved the theme.
They also gave her a birthday shot on the house,
The food is so delicious and unique tasting.

We came for the Star wars pop up. The waiter was informative about drinks and patient with our indecision. There were so many choices. He went to the kitchen to confirm food sensitivity options. Ok for families earlier in the evening. We got there around 6.
