Debbie Szymecko provided excellent service when we went out for dinner last night to celebrate Valentine’s weekend! She was so well educated on the menu and the history of the restaurant. She made us feel extremely comfortable, and answered any questions we had as first timers. She gave phenomenal recommendations for food, drinks, and dessert! The food was fantastic, and the staff was extremely polite and friendly. The atmosphere was very romantic and welcoming. Ask for Debbie when making reservations! She will give you an unforgettable experience at The Vault. 😊❤️🍷
I forgot to take pictures because I was too excited to eat the food, oops. I got the steak on pasta and GOOD GRAVY was it to die for. Literally, if I were on death row, that is what I would request. It was the most amazing combination of steak, that melted in my mouth, and a creamy tomato/mushroom sauce on top of homemade pasta (the fat noodles)! It was AMAZING. Definitely a good value- tons of food for the price. Also, Daphne was awesome, she was our server and supreme alcohol suggestor.
Order lamb chops and they were the worst ever. I've never had so much fat on lamb chops as these. I don't even know why they served them to me. It was like a 1 or 2 bite chop. The waiter totally agreed and showed them to the cook and he also agreed. A waste of $55 but at least I got a free slice of cake. Disappointed and won't be back
Excellent food. Excellent service. Decent Surroundings.

We were excited to stop in gro lunch as my wife heard they have several gluten free options. After asking our server, she informed my wife that the gluten would be cooked off with the high heat of the fryer. Nope, that's not how a food allergy works guys. As a nice restaurant, with a large menu, you should have more options for celiac customers. A shared fryer is not safe for celiac people, as they will get sick. Please inform your employees so that they don't spread false information.
My wife had a salad, I felt bad so I just got a side of fries.
We had a reservation for 6 on Thanksgiving. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was top notch, all three courses were delicious and we had a variety of choices for each course. The Chef was very professional and friendly. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. I cannot think of anything that could have been better. This was our first family Thanksgiving that wasn’t home cooked and I was apprehensive about our holiday experience . I shouldn’t have worried. It was wonderful and there was no clean up afterwards.
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options that are delicious. They are very careful not to cross contaminate. We have a family member who is Celiac and this is very important to us.

So very glad to dine at this wonderful restaurant! As someone with celiac I was delighted to see all the gluten-free options on the menu as well as being assured of their knowledge of preventing cross contamination. We were delighted to be able to have a GF bread basket! The meals were delicious and the portions generous. Our server Kyle was friendly and informative. This will be our go-to restaurant to satisfy our GF and non-GF friends and family!
Dietary restrictions: A great place to dine for those with celiac or those who want to eat gluten free.

Amazing food, atmosphere, and service. This was one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. The quality and taste of the food was superior to other fine dining restaurants that we’ve been to. The salmon and tomahawk pork chop were very flavorful (the best we’ve had) as were the sides. We will be back!

We had a party of 9 on the evening we went to The Vault. We were seated promptly, which was great. Our server (I don't recall her name) was great, very attentive and on top of things. We had several appetizers that were just ok, nothing that was outstanding. We finished those and waited at least 10 more minutes before the salads came out. Most of us had the Poached Pear Salad. The pears were not poached and there were no candied pecans on anyone's salad, both of which are in the description on the menu. We finished the salad portion and waited 40 minutes for our entrees to come. Most of the entrees were just warm. The food was good, not amazing. There was nothing exciting about the side dishes to make me want to come back. We also had a side of zip sauce with our steak. I would not recommend that to anybody. It had the look of cloudy light brown water. It was separated, oil just sitting on top. We tried to mix it and nothing, it was beyond saving. And it was flavorless.
Overall it was nice to say I have been there but I don't see a return trip happening. We were there for almost 3 hours.
Also I reached out to management in an email explain all of this and there was no response. I just want the next person to have a better experience than we did.

Went for our anniversary dinner and was not disappointed! We were welcomed with an anniversary sign on our table! Food and service were top notch, the steak was so tender it just fell apart almost. Special thanks to Steve for stopping by to wish us a happy anniversary. Front of house staff was great but I'd like to also thank back of house, it is their love of cooking and hard work each day that makes the food outstanding!

We were charged $200 and have never set foot inside this restaurant.
When my husband called to make a reservation for 8 people the hostess asked for a credit card to hold the reservation. We found this standard due to it being more upscale. But at no time did the hostess make mention of a per person charge OR that if we didn’t show up the card would be charged.
Our plan was to dine with you all, but at the last minute we had a change of plans due to an emergency and were not able to make the reservation.
I have worked in the service industry for over 15 years and know how completely rude and disappointing it is for a party to not show up. I know there is usually a 15-minute tardiness rule, so we really do hope the server was able to quickly get sat another group.
We then learned our AMEX was charged $200 and we have never set foot inside of this restaurant or have tried one bite of their food. My husband called and spoke to the owner. Not only was he rude and unprofessional but he was not friendly or understanding at all.
We understand policies and rules at any establishment but $200 seems like an extreme charge. While we wanted to try this place out we will gladly dine elsewhere.
Absolutely terrible service. We waited 2 hours for our food and then were served cold food. Then the owner did not comp or discount anything. His attitude was unacceptable and hostile.
