I ordered a classic roast beef meal. The sandwich was good but I substituted the fries for potato pancakes. They were disgusting. Not even hot. They were saturated in grease. They definitely were not fresh. What a waste of money.

Maybe it was just the day. This particular store is fine. It's in a rather busy location and is tough to enter and exit, depending on which direction you want to go.
The staff was very friendly and courteous, but clearly under-manned as evidenced by lack of attention to some details, such as sticky floors, wet countertops and empty toilet paper dispensers in the bathroom.
The food lived up to franchise standards and served reasonably...

Great that they were open at 11 when we got out of our concert. The food was not fresh however. I have been eating Arby's Beef & Cheddar for nearly 45 years. This trip to Arby's was not a good one
