I stopped by Checkers and while the food itself was actually pretty good, the experience getting it was beyond frustrating.

I ordered and paid online ahead of time, which is supposed to make things quicker. I even got the text saying my order was likely ready. But when I got there, I ended up sitting in the drive-thru line for almost 20 minutes waiting for food that was supposedly already prepared. There was a car in the mobile order lane in front of me. I shut...

Hadn't been here since before they implemented the AI system. Which honestly was probably one of the best ones I've come across so far so kudos to that, but dear god, however their system works is not great, I think they gave part of my order to someone else as I went thru the drive thru the girl working couldn't find my order so I had to tell them again at the window. Didn't get all of what I ordered but still got plenty of items and a discount for the inconvenience....

We are a family on a budget, so eating out has to be affordable. Checkers $4 meal deal is so good! Our food is always hot and our order filled correctly. When treated with kindness, the staff offers it right back.
