Our family came in bummed out tonight, and left smiling! We had traveled an hour and a half to our son's basketball game to discover it had been cancelled. It was dinnertime, so we decided to come to Chili's. Our server Santa and the rest of the staff sympathized with our situation, and everyone took great care of us with prompt seating, delicious food, and genuine care. Totally recommended!
Date night... did some Christmas Shopping. Got seated right away, 6:35pm. Waited a few minutes, and our drink order was taken, got our drinks and that was the last time our waitress acknowledged us! 7:12pm we left. Even though our waitress walked past us SEVERAL TIMES!!! Person next to us had to go to the bar and pay!!! Worst service ever! Never going back there! They weren't even that busy and had plenty of staff walking around! So much for Date night! Horrible!
