Every time I stop in, they’re constantly busy, but their selection is always full and the staff seems to always be hustling and smiling!
First review: Okay, I don't really understand how you could mess up a simple hot chocolate, but somehow your establishment did. I went for breakfast today at this location; service was fast and nice, and I praise the employees. But whoever is making the drinks or food, what are you even doing? I come home, open my newly ordered hot chocolate, and low and behold, it's just watery. You could literally even see from my photo that it's purely watery. Dunkin' is a quick and friendly spot for high-quality drinks and food. The staff provides excellent service, even during busy times. Orders are fulfilled efficiently, and the staff is courteous when handling any issues. This fairly new Dunkin' location is roomier than expected and very clean. The donuts and drinks are great, with the coffee being exactly what is expected from Dunkin'. The Boston cream Bismarck has a nice taste, though it was slightly dry compared to other places. The parking lot is a decent size, and the drive-thru service remains fast and friendly. Customers enjoy the strawberry glazed donut with sprinkles and the brown sugar shaken espresso, although some have found the ham and cheese pretzel sliders lacking in meat and a bit cold. Overall, this Dunkin' location stands out for its quality and ambiance, making it a place that many look forward to visiting again.
