“I come to chick Fil a, but something is not right with your app. I have over 10,000 points and can never redeem them via mobile or in restaurants. I click redeem, choose item, add to order but when I go to check out, there is still a total. Today I went in the restaurant, scanned the item & it did not come off the order. Luckily the manager was kind enough to refund me what I wanted to redeem but that should not have to happen.“

“It was a rainy and drizzly day. My then boyfriend John and his mother were waiting for me. To get the order I ordered for his mother. There was someone new there that had a hard time,In learning how to fill up a drink cup,For the order. It was a mess. Yet,I told him" Keep trying you will do better!". It's hard,In being new. “My husband and I came here for my 28th birthday and had such an amazing experience! Our waiter was very kind, the food was outstanding, and the atmosphere was amazing. We had calamari as our starter and I had the mushroom ravioli and my husband had the steak and we loved all of it! For dessert we ordered a s’mores dessert and were pleasantly surprised! I heard they have a speak easy type of lounge downstairs which is unfortunately closed on Mondays which was the day we went. But I’ll definitely be going back go see it!“

“I went picked Brass Ring Brewing to celebrate my birthday with my family. I choose Brass Ring because I was interested in trying their cask ales. What I found at Brass Ring was a level of customer service that I have rarely found across the food service industry. We showed up at Brass Ring to find that a very large group was dining there, taking up a majority of the seating. They don't take reservations, so it was going to be a challenge finding a table for our group of 6. The owner heard the staff struggling to find us an available table. He jumped in and found a solution. He personally asked a couple that was seated at a large table if they would be willing to move. They graciously accepted to make room for us. This level of customer service has obviously been trained into the entire staff because our waiter was the most helpful and hospitable server I've ever encountered. Firstly, he was extremely knowledgeable of food and drink menu, helping us to navigate it superbly. He also got the entire restaurant to sing "Happy Birthday" with us when it was time for dessert. The food and drinks were top notch, but the customer service was out of this world. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to the Brass Ring. You will not be disappointed!“
