I made an online order and it was sent to the wrong store, the manager Maddie at this location went above and beyond to try to help me find a resolution since my order went to the wrong location. Ultimately the other location the manager told me there was nothing he could do. Maddie took it upon herself to make our food fresh and send us on our way!
If you can avoid the cascade location I definitely reccomend that.

Nothing like sitting in the lobby with a bunch of pissed off Customers waiting for their food cuz the staff is slow and the manager doesn't care. My order was up and waiting for me behind the counter for 5 over minutes, while the manager walked around and avoided eye contact. Fire her ! And eat somewhere else.
