Staff dose not listen ask for a large get a medium ask for thing off my sandwich get a totally different sandwich. Staff who make the food dont listen basically management trys and makes the effort to fix it but Staff is ridiculous.
Just left the Gezon Pkwy location and was helped by Dan. I believe he is newer. Typical fast food means minimal chat, but Dan was very kind and jovial and confirmed my special order sandwich was correct before placing it on my tray.
This may seem silly, but people are often. Overlooked and I just wanted to thank him by writing this review. His smile and quick wit was just appreciated.

Wendy's serves food as expected, but the service can be slow and prone to mistakes, such as incorrect orders and cold fries. Despite this, the staff is friendly and nice. Some customers have reported nuggets that didn't taste fresh, but others have enjoyed their meals, including great-tasting burgers with crisp bacon, cold lettuce, and fresh buns. The drive-through service can be particularly pleasant, with friendly staff making a positive impact.
