Said extra ranch multiple times and still didn't get any. It was on the screen so I know they heard me. I had to repeat everything many times. Overall don't go to this one. Go to a different one.
It's the fries that always mess it up for me. Either warm but stiff or cold and kinda soggy, I asked for them to the cooked to order and they handed me lukewarm fries... Cooked to order means about four minutes and for them to come out HOT, to the point where you can't touch them.
The fries here are just sad... The employees, while friendly, also look miserable half the time and the lobby is crowded with the new layout.

I loved it the food was incredible.We ordered two ranches but got 3.Amazing service I also in my large fry found a large fry what a coincidence.
