Great store! Lots of great organic products and loved the dried fruit and nut selection. My blackberries tasted kind of off and I ate a few of them but they still let me return them. They were kind and gave me utensils to eat my coconut that I bought. ???

As someone with a chronic Ai illness it is disheartening to experience the continuously rude immature employees when I come to shop for supplements. Not an enjoyable experience. Glad there’s other options in Ann Arbor.

Jericha was irritated that we hadn't counted our return cans. Then she couldn't find our membership and said she couldn't help. We decided not to buy the product that we came in for and get it later. Jericha pretty much threw the change into my wife's hand. Some change landed on the scanner and Jericha saw it, no apology.

One of the only places in 2022 that does not look up a receipt with their pos system or with debit/credit. The inconveniences this causes is pretty great. I’ll be ordering the items I typically get from this store online from here on.

I have been a customer of better health stores since they first opened. I refuse to come to this location ever again. They are very deceptive about coupons. I’ve been told many times that they no longer except coupons or more recently that they only except 15% 1st of the year when other stores still except 20%. They say it’s corporate that tells them not give coupons but then why would corporate send them to me by mail? It just makes them look untrustworthy. I appreciate the other stores which I still go to being consistent and truthful.
