Seems to have new management. Food quality back to Big Boy standard, clean, and wait staff was attentive. I enjoyed my lunch.
It's Big Boy'sNot quite what it used to be in quality, though there's been a large expansion of the menu. Still, it is pretty good and consistent. You pretty much have an idea of what you're going to get. And the Big Boy on Washtenaw is managed by a pretty good guy, whom we have had the pleasure of meeting.
My daughter and I always enjoy eating at this big boy.
Grew up going to Big Boys and this is the last one in this area. Salad bar is always good and the slim Jim sandwich is my favorite.
Our waitress sam was amazing i loved her the food is amazing I definitely eecomend

Katelynn rocks! She was super attentive, very personable, and made great suggestions! Food was great too! Thanks Katelynn! We will definitely be back!
Basic casual restaurant. Never had any problems.
We have been driving an extra 15 min to eat at this establishment. It has been consistently clean!! The food has been amazing and the salad bar has been kept up extremely well. Also food has been very fresh!
Poor food quality, my slim jim looked like it was cooked with several other foods at same time parts all in grilled bread. Salad bar was a joke, not very fresh, soup was depleted and definitely over heated. Sad to see from such a great brand.

Very courteous waitstaff, helpful and patient with us challenged seniors, One toast order was wrong -- but quickly remedied. My chicken kebabs with garlic sauce and pita was terrific. I didn't get the red bean hummus advertised on the menu, but I didn't want it, so I was happy. The prices are right, the menu is varied enough for a lot of tastes, and breakfast is served all day! Love it.
They discriminate against people who work for them that have a metal challenge. The new owners Fired someone I know because he sweat's to much. A good waiter. His medicine causes sweating, he is a great worker and very conscious about his condition. He works hard. The new owners, also own tower inn pizza, didn't give him hours, kept him on call. Or on a scheduled day, wait until he got to work, then told him he wasn't needed that day. He rides the city bus!. They should have called him. Not nice!! I will not return. And it's a shame, I loved the old owner. She knew how to run a business, and how to treat employee's.
Absolutely Disgusting as the kid at the table next to us was barfing!
Classic big boy! Fairly clean waitresses kept my coffee full. My daughter forgot her fork and the waitress ran it out before we left!
Super friendly waitresses! Delicious real ice cream shakes! I did take out, but they disabled apple pay/Samsung pay.
