The Biggby itself is so simple and charming so it gets high marks for the decor and service. The construction makes it actively easier to get to than other spots, so the quick coffee is still on, even during Michigan Construction
I visit this place often. ALL of your employees are really good at their jobs. I'm always greeted with kindness and respect. Food is really good. I'm impressed by how quick they are too. Very happy there are vegetarian options. Perhaps introduce a vegan option? More cream cheese options? Just a thought.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options, but I don't think there are vegan options. If they introduced vegan cream cheese I'd be extremely happy.

I came in and ordered a Honey Cinnamon Vanilla latte and it was beyond delicious!!! Aaron and Zoey were very sweet, and their customer service was superb. They were patient and did not get upset when I asked for whipped cream. I would definitely recommend this location!! Try the Cinnamon Vanilla latte!!
