One of my neighbors told me I should come here and get some bread and butter, so I decided to check it out. I took the express line bus from Ann Arbor to the spot in Ypsilanti. Bird dog baking is a short walk from the bus stop. Coincidentally the day I decided to visit my neighbor ended up showing up and was a couple of people behind me in line. The line wasn’t long and I ordered the bread and butter, which was delicious. I also noticed their pastry case had some of my favorites...
Bird Dog Baking is always a wonderful experience. Their atmosphere is very welcoming and their breads and pastries are always fresh with a great variety. I went this morning on a whim and wanted to give a special shout out to their Maple Rosemary Latte - geniuinely one of the best lattes I have ever had!!! I hope they keep it around or bring it back if it's a limited time flavor, it's truly incredible and so smooth. Can't recommend Bird Dog enough!
